Our trained staff can repair your defective device quickly and reliably. To repair your defective unit you have several options, either you send your defective device directly to Siegen, or you give it to a hardware store nearby to be repaired. If your product has become defective within the 2 year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, please contact our customer service.

For reach repair that is not within the 2-year manufacturer warranty, you will receive a free and non-binding cost estimate by email, fax or mail.

We repair your device within 10 working days. After each repair several technical function tests are carried out.
